(Lower Quality = DUMPING is a quick and simple method,
resulting in a much Lower Quality than your original recording).

WHAT TO DO:
TYPE up a LIST/S of ALL ITEMS you are going to send us.
Make a COPY of that LIST/S for us as well.
So you and I will have the SAME LIST/S.
Allocate a NUMBER to EACH ITEM you send us.
i.e.:
No 1 – for ALL 8mm FILM REELS - STANDARD 8 and/or SUPER 8
- only state the TOTAL QUANTITY of REELS;
(Also, make sure you send ALL FILM REELS. It will reduce the costs.)

No 2 – for ALL 16mm FILM REELS
- only state the TOTAL QUANTITY of REELS;
(Also, make sure you send ALL FILM REELS. It will reduce the costs.)

No 3 – VIDEO Tapes
- Continue with the numbering for EACH VIDEO Tape,
( Place all the tapes on your table. Sort them out in DATE ORDER,
if you can, some clients can’t.
Continue with the numbering from the OLDEST to the LATEST.
Otherwise just number as you see fit.)

+ ANYTHING ELSE you are sending us.

Continue with the numbering = Only allocate
ONE NUMBER for ALL PHOTOGRAPHS – only state TOTAL QUANTITY.
NB.
If you can, place them in DATE ORDER and
IN THE ORDER you wish us to convert.
Remove ALL photos from picture frames.
With a soft HB4 pencil – at the back of the photograph, Number Each Photograph.
The first photo = No 1, and continue with the numbering for each photo.
When writing the Number on the back of the photograph,
DON’T PRESS TOO HARD.
Otherwise you will INDENT the photograph.
Also DON’T use an INK or FIBRE TIP PEN.
The ink will bleed through to the Photograph and damage it.

Only allocate
ONE NUMBER for ALL PHOTO NEGATIVES – only state TOTAL QUANTITY.
NB.
Each Negative will have a Number and/or a Letter.
Put Each Negative STRIP in the order you wish us to convert and
allocate a LETTER for Each STRIP,
Now also, Number Each INDIVIDUAL Negative separately.
TYPE the Negatives’ Number together with the STRIP LETTER.
i.e. Starting with first Negative = (A 5c), (A 5d), (B 1a), (C 4b), etc, etc.

SECONDLY, If the Negative has to be placed IN BETWEEN the PHOTOGRAPHS above,
- TYPE up the FULL SEQUENTIAL ORDER = PHOTOS and NEGATIVES.

Only allocate
ONE NUMBER for ALL 35mm SLIDES – only state TOTAL QUANTITY.
NB.
Make sure all slides face the SAME WAY,
are DUST FREE (to save extra preparation costs) and
if you can, place them in the order you wish us to convert.
Write the NUMBER on each slide,
On its FRAME and on the SAME SIDE, starting with Number ONE.

CREATE a MOVIE utilizing ALL the Photographs + Photo Negatives + Slides + and ADD Music.
Also, make sure you send ALL FILM REELS. It will reduce the costs.
